Isn't an accessibility overlay enough?

No. Overlays add a layer on top of the problem without fixing the root cause, and are widely criticized. Lucia fixes the code and the content at the source, which benefits all of your visitors and your SEO.

Does the European Accessibility Act apply to me?

The EAA applies to many digital products and services sold in the EU since 28 June 2025, with a deadline of 28 June 2030 for existing sites. Some micro-enterprises may be exempt. When in doubt, check your situation with legal counsel.

Does Lucia guarantee my legal compliance?
