# Your questions about Rank Press agents

Everything you need to know before installing your first agent. Can't find your answer? The agent itself answers in its chat, or reach out to us.

Agents in general What is a Rank Press "AI agent"? A Rank Press agent is a **WordPress plugin that works on its own**. It's not a general-purpose chatbot: it's a specialized employee, connected to your site, that carries out real actions, writing and publishing articles, managing a catalog, handling customer support, recovering abandoned carts. You install it, you activate it, it gets to work. No configuration, no API key required. What are the Rank Press agents and who does what? **Atlas** is the **visibility** agent: it grows your presence on Google and gets you cited by AI engines (ChatGPT, Google AI). It generates complete, fact-checked and optimized articles, and handles all technical SEO. [Discover Atlas →](/agents/visibility/) **Agent WP+** is the **AI orchestrator**, the Atlas add-on: it runs your content and visibility through simple conversation, with 60+ real actions on your site and missions carried out autonomously. [Discover Agent WP+ →](/agents/agent-wp-plus/) **Aria** is the **WooCommerce** agent: she runs your store's back office through simple chat, customer support, catalog, marketing, analytics. [Discover Aria →](/agents/woocommerce/) **Midas** is the **Payment recovery** agent: it recovers failed payments and subscriptions from your WooCommerce store on autopilot, without chasing your customers. [Discover Midas →](/agents/midas/) **Vera** is the **AI Brand Authority** agent: it structures your whole site into Schema.org data and publishes a brand-facts file so ChatGPT, Google AI and Perplexity cite you as a source. [Discover Vera →](/agents/ai-brand-authority/) **Hector** is the **Maintenance & Security** agent: it maintains, protects and repairs your WordPress on autopilot (tested updates with rollback, backups, hardening, vulnerability triage, incident response, Core Web Vitals, monthly report). [Discover Hector →](/agents/maintenance-security/) **Echo** is the **Social Media** agent: it turns your articles into native LinkedIn, Instagram, X and Facebook posts, creates the visuals and publishes them, on autopilot. [Discover Echo →](/agents/social-media/) **Marco** is the **Translation** agent: it translates your whole site into real native pages, keeps them in sync and handles hreflang and multilingual SEO. Brand-aware AI, no external overlay. [Discover Marco →](/agents/translation/) **Lucia** is the **Accessibility** agent: it audits and fixes accessibility (AI alt-text, ARIA, contrast, structure) and brings you into European Accessibility Act compliance. [Discover Lucia →](/agents/accessibility/) Can I use several agents on the same site? Yes, with no conflicts. Rank Press is a single plugin, and each agent is a module you activate inside it: Atlas handles your SEO visibility, Aria your WooCommerce store, Midas the recovery of your failed payments, Vera your brand authority with AI engines, Hector your maintenance and security, Echo your social media, Marco your multilingual translation, Lucia your accessibility, and Agent WP+ (the Atlas add-on) orchestrates your content through simple conversation. Each one covers a different job, they complement each other and coexist on the same site without issue. Each agent has its own plan. Do I need technical skills? No. If you know how to install a WordPress plugin, you know how to use a Rank Press agent. Everything else happens in plain language: you talk to the agent in a chat, just like a colleague. No code, no technical settings, no complex dashboard. I don't run an online store (tradesperson, small business, freelancer), is this for me? Yes. If you have a WordPress site and you want to be found on Google and cited by AI, **Atlas** (visibility and content) and **Vera** (brand authority) are made for you, whether you are a tradesperson, a local business, an SMB or a freelancer. An online store is only needed for **Aria**, the WooCommerce agent. You activate the agent that fits your need, nothing more. What does Hector do? **Hector** is the **Maintenance & Security** agent. It maintains, protects and repairs your WordPress on autopilot, under your control: tested updates with rollback if something breaks, backups, hardening, vulnerability triage, incident response, Core Web Vitals monitoring and a monthly report of what it did. Single plan at €99/month. [Discover Hector →](/agents/maintenance-security/) What does Echo do? **Echo** is the **Social Media** agent. It turns your articles into native LinkedIn, Instagram, X and Facebook posts, creates the visuals and publishes them, on autopilot. It monetizes the content you already produce a second time, with no extra AI cost. Single plan at €99/month. [Discover Echo →](/agents/social-media/) What does Marco do? **Marco** is the **Translation** agent. It translates your whole site into real native pages (not an external JavaScript overlay), keeps them in sync on every edit and handles hreflang and multilingual SEO. The AI translation is brand-aware. Pro plan at €29/month. [Discover Marco →](/agents/translation/) What does Lucia do? **Lucia** is the **Accessibility** agent. It audits and fixes your site's accessibility (AI-generated alt-text, ARIA, contrast, structure) and brings you into compliance with the European Accessibility Act. Pro plan at €29/month. [Discover Lucia →](/agents/accessibility/) Installation & how it works How do I install an agent? Just like any WordPress plugin: download the file from the agent's page, upload it under **Plugins → Add New**, and activate it. That's it. The agent is immediately operational, with 14 days of full access. [See the getting started guide →](/get-started/) Do I need to create an account somewhere? No. There is **no account to create**, ever. Your site is identified by its URL and Rank Press creates a ghost account for it automatically, no email, no password. Even if you go Pro, you have nothing to create: you just enter your card at checkout. Do I need to provide an API key (OpenAI, Claude…)? Never. That's the whole point: agents run on **our infrastructure**. Claude, Gemini, professional SEO data, everything is included in the agent. No third-party account to create, no usage to monitor, no surprise API billing. Which WordPress version / theme does it work with? Any recent WordPress (5.8+) and any theme. Atlas publishes standard WordPress articles that adopt your theme's style. Aria requires **WooCommerce** to be installed (that's its playground). Vera structures any content already on your site. They all respect your existing site: they add, they don't break anything. Atlas · Visibility & SEO What exactly does Atlas generate? Complete, ready-to-publish articles: optimized title, structure, content written and **fact-checked in real time**, Schema.org structured data, internal linking, TL;DR, FAQ, featured image. Not drafts, finished articles, designed to rank. Is the content unique and verified? Yes. Each article is custom-generated for your site and topic, then **verified against real web sources** during writing (figures, dates, prices). Atlas prioritizes controlled quality over volume: up to 20 solid articles per month, not 100 hollow ones. What is "AI Brand Authority"? It's being **cited as a source by AI engines** (ChatGPT, Google AI Overviews, Perplexity). Articles created by Atlas are already structured so AI systems understand and quote them. The AI Brand Authority console, which structures your whole site, is the job of **Vera**, the AI brand authority agent. [Discover Vera →](/agents/ai-brand-authority/) Aria · WooCommerce What can Aria do on my store? A lot. From a simple chat, Aria handles: **Customer support**: refunds, cancellations, customer emails, address changes **Catalog**: AI product page creation, bulk pricing, stock, coupons **Marketing**: customer segments, email campaigns, retention **Analytics**: revenue, top products, period comparisons **Recovery** of abandoned carts and failed payments Is it safe to let an AI act on my store? Yes, by design. **Sensitive actions** (refunds, deletions, customer emails) require your approval. Aria proposes, you confirm. The free tier even caps these actions at 15/month so you can ease in gently. Nothing irreversible happens behind your back. How does 24/7 failed payment recovery work? That's the job of **Midas**, the dedicated agent: it continuously monitors payments that fail (expired cards, insufficient funds) and **automatically retries them**, with no customer email, with Stripe safeguards (anti-double-charge, caps, circuit breaker). In e-commerce, 15 to 25% of these failed payments are recoverable, that's revenue that comes back on its own. [Discover Midas →](/agents/midas/) Vera · AI Brand Authority What is "AI brand authority"? It's being **cited as a source by AI engines** (ChatGPT, Google AI, Perplexity) when they answer a question in your field. To get there, those engines have to understand your brand instead of guessing. Vera structures your whole site into **Schema.org data** and publishes a brand-facts file that AI agents read directly, so they know who you are and quote you as a reference. [Discover Vera →](/agents/ai-brand-authority/) How is Vera different from Atlas? **Atlas creates content** (complete articles, SEO, internal linking) to win traffic. **Vera doesn't write articles**: it works on the **structure of your existing site** (schemas, brand-facts file, llms.txt, AI visibility score) to make it readable and citable by AI. The two are complementary: Atlas fills, Vera certifies. Both run inside the same Rank Press plugin, each with its own plan. Do I need both Atlas and Vera? Not necessarily. The content you create with Rank Press (Atlas) is already structured for Google and for AI engines: that is included. Vera is only useful if you already have a lot of content on your site (pages, older posts) that you did not create with Rank Press and also want to make readable and citable by AI. A brand new site often only needs Atlas; a site with a backlog of existing content benefits from adding Vera. What does Vera's free tier include? Vera's free tier (**€0, permanent, no credit card**) deploys **7 core Schema.org types** (WebSite, Organization, Article, Person, FAQPage, WebPage, BreadcrumbList) across all your content types, generates an llms.txt file and shows your AI visibility score. The **Pro plan at €99/month** adds 30+ advanced schemas, the **/brand-facts/** page with its **/.well-known/brand-facts.json** endpoint and enriched AI signals. [See plans →](/pricing/) Billing How much does it cost? Every agent starts with **14 days of full access** (no credit card). After that, one agent = one plan: **Atlas (20 articles/month), [Agent WP+](/agents/agent-wp-plus/) (the Atlas add-on), Aria, Midas (real payment recovery), Vera, Hector and Echo are €99/month**, with a free tier that keeps your creations. **Marco and Lucia** have a single plan at €29/month. Billing is per site. [View plan details →](/pricing/) Is the free tier really free? At activation, each agent gives you **14 days of full access, no credit card**. After that, you keep everything it created at no cost; you only go Pro to keep producing. It's our way of letting you judge the agent's work before paying anything at all. What happens if I cancel? **Everything the agent created stays on your site**: articles, schemas, product pages, content. You simply drop back to the free tier. No content is ever deleted, and there is no commitment period. What if I manage multiple sites? Each site has its own subscription, which can be activated and cancelled independently. It is the same offer for everyone: you activate each agent's plan on each site as needed, whether you manage one or many. To go further on a site, add **Agent WP+ (the AI orchestrator, Atlas add-on)** or another agent. Data & privacy Where does my data go? The agent communicates with our infrastructure to generate content and execute actions, but your data lives on **your WordPress**: that's where your articles, products, and customers reside. We process the data necessary for the service, in compliance with GDPR. [Data protection details →](/data-protection/) Do I own my articles? Entirely. Everything our agents write or create belongs to you, without restriction, and remains yours even if you cancel your subscription.
